BETA-CAROTENE (VITAMIN A PRECURSOR)
Grape seed extract is typically extracted from the seeds of red grapes (instead of white), which have a high content of compounds known as oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs).

VITAMIN C
Vitamin C is found in peppers (sweet, green, red, hot red and green chili), citrus fruits, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, collards, mustard greens, broccoli, spinach, guava, kiwi fruit, currants and strawberries.

They also act as filters of blue-light to protect the retina from light damage. Blue-light wave lengths can generate free radical damage.

Bilberry extract is derived from the leaves and berry-like fruit of a common European shrub closely related to the blueberry.
